Evolve and integrate the novel technology ‘SERS metabolomics profiling’ for the continuous monitoring of spheroid growth kinetics.

Establish procedures for genomic and transcriptomic analysis from 3D spheroids derived from cell lines

Obtain 3D spheroids derived from patient CTCs at high throughput.
